KTS Offers three expanded service levels to best suit your operation and budget.

We install our new, proprietary rapid tuning, high accuracy FastMatch which replaces older obsolete slower electronic OEM controls. Moving parts such as motors, gears, belts, (capacitors and potentiometers made to our specifications), are replaced. Exterior housings are cleaned.

The original electronics are retested, repaired if necessary and re-calibrated. The housing is cleaned. This provides like-new service from existing hardware and service that is as good or better than the original equipment.

Our Silver Level is best used for equipment that has a specific component failure. For simple repairs, we can process and return the unit quickly.

INSPECTION – KTS repair inspection is based on IPC Standards for circuit boards and wiring. In addition to general RF inspection guidelines, we have developed our own match network manufacturing guidelines for safe and reliable products.

ESCALATION – In the event a unit returned for repair cannot be serviced under the program selected by the customer, KTS shall provide data that identifies why escalation is necessary to restore the equipment to operational status and the subsequent additional charges.

INTERMITTENT FAILURES – Due to the nature of intermittent failures, extended testing may be required to resolve issues. Added costs will apply. Please provide as much details as possible when returning an item for repair.

WARRANTY – KTS engineers and technicians are proud of their work and therefore we offer our customers warranties on parts and labor to be free from workmanship and defects for a specified period of time. Please contact us for additional details.

SHIPPING – Our shipping terms are FOB Gilbert, AZ. Please clearly specify on your purchase order if you have specific shipping requirements or wish to add shipping insurance.
