The RF300 was the first actual production model of a KTS generator. The KTS high-quality RF product portfolio now includes the RF-150, the RF-300, and the RF-600. We have the LF-75 and the LF-300 models for low frequency applications. Our newest unit built as a custom engineering project is the LF-10K.

Our workhorse standard form factor generator is build with an air-cooled design on a single PC board with a robust 48VDC bus architecture. It also uses a substantial copper heat sink for dependable long-life service in continuous operation. Our generators can be ordered in a minimalist package having no front panel readout or controls, or they can be fitted with front panel display, manual power control and status indicators. Our generators can be customized to fit your RF Plasma needs.
